What I help with · When relationships feel heavy
When relationships feel heavy.
With a partner, at work, with friends, or with yourself. When connection feels strained, distant or hard to put into words.
So much of how we feel depends on our relationships. When they are strained, it can be hard to think about anything else.
With a partner
Perhaps the same disagreements keep returning, or distance has grown quietly between you. Perhaps trust has been hurt. We can make sense of what is happening and what you need, whether you come on your own or together. If you would like to come as a couple, I first meet with each of you individually, so we can be sure that sessions together will be safe and helpful.
At work
A colleague you can't stop thinking about, a manager who leaves you uneasy, or a workplace where it is hard to speak up. Work relationships can follow us home, and they deserve care too.
With friends
A friendship that has gone quiet, a hurt that was never talked about, or the feeling of being on the edge of a group. These losses can be real, even when they are hard to explain.
With yourself
Underneath many of our relationships is the one we have with ourselves. The way we speak to ourselves, what we expect of ourselves, and how hard it can be to show ourselves the kindness we offer others. This, too, is something we can gently explore together.

There's a seat at the table for you
Whenever you feel ready, you're welcome to pull up a chair for a free first conversation. There's no need to have the right words, and there is no obligation to continue.
